Guyana to host International Karate Event

The Guyana Karate College has been chosen by the International Shotokan Karate Federation and Master Teruyuki Okazaki, 10th Dan to host the 11th ISKF Pan American Karate Championships during August 12 to 15, 2010 at the Cliff Anderson Sports Hall in Georgetown. Over 25 Pan American countries are expected to participate. Master Frank Woon-A-Tai, 8th Dan has formed a tournament organizing committee headed by Mr. Colin Ming to plan and implement this important event. All karate members, families and friends are invited to help.
